| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระสวนอาชีพและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสตรีโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังประชากรคือ ผู้บริหารสตรีโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 108 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนเป็นฉบับสมบูรณ์ 82 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.93 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กระสวนอาชีพของผู้บริหารสตรีโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามี 3 แบบ คือ 1.1แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในหน้าที่ ครู-อาจารย์ ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีอายุราชการก่อนได้รับตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 24-28 ปี และเข้ารับการอบรมเตรียมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนก่อนเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 1.2 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในหน้าที่ ครู-อาจารย์ มีอายุราชการก่อนได้รับตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 11-16 ปี และเข้ารับการอบรมเตรียมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนหลังจากเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแล้ว 1.3 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในหน้าที่ ครู-อาจารย์ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีอายุราชการก่อนได้รับตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 19-21 ปี และเข้ารับการอบรมเตรียมผู้บริหารโรงเรียนหลังจากเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแล้ว 2.ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนคือ อุปนิสัยในการทำงานได้แก่ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน การอุทิศเวลาให้กับการทำงานทั้งในและนอกเวลาราชการ รักและศรัทธาในอาชีพครู รู้จักวางแผนและตั้งเป้าหมายในการทำงาน มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และเป็นคนใจกว้างยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the research was to study career patterns and factors affecting the selection of the women administrators in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education. In collection of data, the researcher had delivered a set of questionnaires to women administrators of secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, totaling 108, and secured back 82 completed copies of questionnaires or about 75.93% . The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The major research findings are as follows:1. The career patterns of the women administrations before entering administrative position are as follows; Type I: Having experiences as teacher and assistant administrator. This group had working experiences about 24-28 years and trained as the pre-administrators before entering administrative position. Type II: Having experiences as teacher. This group had experiences in teaching about 11-16 years and trained as the pre-administrators after entering administrative position. Type III : Having experiences as teacher, department head and assistant administrators. This group had working experiences about 19-21 years and trained as the pre-administrators after entering administrative position. 2. Factors affecting the selection of the woman administrators in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education are working behavior such as honesty, enthusiasm, good relation with colleague, devotion to work, love and faith in teaching profession, planning knowledge, initiative and creativity, and board-minded. |
