dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการศึกษา ปัญหา และความต้องการในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ซึ่งสนับสนุนโดยมูลนิธิหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐ ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้นำชุมชน ผลการวิจัย : (1) การจัดการศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครูและผู้นำชุมชนที่อยู่ในระดับดี คือด้านปรัชญาและจุดประสงค์ ด้านการจัดการและบริการด้านต่างๆ ด้านการวางแผนระยะยาว ด้านโปรแกรมการศึกษาและการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ วัสดุและครุภัณฑ์ และด้านบริการสำหรับผู้เรียนและการเตรียมผู้เรียนเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ด้านแหล่งบริการทางวิชาการ ด้านแหล่งที่มาของงบประมาณ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน (2) ผลการศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาปรากฏว่า ผู้บริหารรับรู้ว่าโรงเรียนประสบปัญหาระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ วัสดุและครุภัณฑ์ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการจัดโครงการต่างๆ ในโรงเรียนและด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ประสบปัญหาระดับน้อยคือ ด้านการดำเนินงานของมูลนิธิโรงเรียนและการประสานงานกับมูลนิธิหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐ ครูรับรู้ว่าโรงเรียนประสบปัญหาระดับปานกลางทุกด้านและผู้นำชุมชนรับรู้ว่าโรงเรียนประสบปัญหาระดับปานกลางคือ ด้านการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ วัสดุและครุภัณฑ์ และด้านการจัดบริการต่างๆ ในโรงเรียน ประสบปัญหาระดับน้อย คือ ด้านบุคลากรและด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน (3) ผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้นำชุมชนต้องการให้มีห้องพิเศษและอาคารเรียนเพิ่มเติม ต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถเฉพาะวิชา ต้องการงบประมาณและวัสดุอุปกรณ์เพิ่มขึ้นสำหรับการจัดโครงการต่างๆ ในโรงเรียน ต้องการให้ชุมชนและโรงเรียนมีบทบาทร่วมกันในการจัดการศึกษา ต้องการให้โรงเรียนและมูลนิธิหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐจัดสัมมนาร่วมกัน และต้องการสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่เป็นเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the educational management, problems and needs of the elementary school supported by the Thai-Rath Newspaper Foundation as perceived by administrators, teachers and community leaders. The findings were : 1) Philosophy and objectives, institutional management and administration, long range planning, educational programs and teaching-learning management, personnel, school building and instructional materials, students service and placement were seven aspects of the educational management perceived as being at the good level by administrators, teachers and community leaders. They considered three aspects as being at the moderate level : academic service, financial resource, community and school relation. 2) School building and instructional materials, personnel, school project management, community and school relation were educational management problems considered as being at the moderate level by administrators ; they perceived problems at the low level in the organization of the School Foundation and its coordination with the Thai Rath Foundation. Teachers perceived that the problems concerning all aspects of educational management were at the moderate level. According to the community leaders, the problems concerning the educational material supply, school building and instructional materials, and school service were at the moderate level, meanwhile the problems of the school-community relation and school personnel were at the low level. 3) Administrators, teachers and community leaders wished to have more special rooms, buildings and personnels with high ability on specific subjects. They also wished to have more budget, materials, community-school participation, cooperation between the School Foundation and the Thai Rath Foundation, and instructional media with modern technology.
