| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ เขตการศึกษา 9 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ในเขตการศึกษา 9 จำนวน 69 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ เขตการศึกษา 9 ได้ดำเนินงานในเรื่องต่อไปนี้ในปริมาณปานกลาง คือ (1) ด้านการเป็นสถานที่สำหรับครูวิทยาศาสตร์มาพบเพื่อปรึกษาหรือแก้ไขปัญหาและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกันในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ (2) ด้านการจัดอบรมและดูงานในเรื่องที่เป็นปัญหาสนใจร่วมกันของครูในหมวดวิทยาศาสตร์ (3) ด้านการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ตามจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร และนโยบายการจัดการศึกษา และ (4) ด้านการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้หลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ปัญหาการดำเนินงานของศูนย์การเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พบ คือ การขาดแคลนงบประมาณบุคลากร วัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ห้องทำงานเฉพาะด้าน สื่อการเรียนการสอน เจ้าหน้าที่ที่มีความรู้ เทคนิคและประสบการณ์ในการผลิตสื่อ นอกจากนี้ศูนย์พัฒนาการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ยังไม่สามารถกำหนดนโยบายเป้าหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจนในการดำเนินงาน และไม่สามารถเชิญครูอาจารย์ที่ชำนาญการจากโรงเรียนที่เป็นสมาชิกมาเป็นกรรมการ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study states and problems in the operation of science instructional development centers in educational region nine. The questionnaire constructed by the researcher was used to collect data. The subjects were 69 officials of science instructional development centers in educational region nine. Research findings showed that science instructional development centers in educational region nine operated at the moderate level in all aspects as follows; (1) The science instructional development centers as the place for science teachers to cooperate in consulting or solving problems and opinion exchanging for managing science instructional activities. (2) The training and field studies in the area of common interest of science teachers. (3) The collection of resources to enhance quality of the science instruction according to the objectives of the curriculum and educational policy. (4) The collection of data which were problems and obstacles in curriculum implementation, and science instructional activities management, for developing science instruction. Problems found in the operation of science instructional development centers were the lack of budget deficiency, personnel, materials and instruments, special rooms for specific purposes, instructional media, and specialists in media production. Moreover, the science instructional development centers were unable to state specific polices, goals and objectives in operations and unable to invite outstanding teachers from the school members to be the committee. |
