| Abstract: | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลการยอมรับบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรีในเขตจังหวัดพะเยา โดยมีสมมุติฐาน ซึ่งตั้งขึ้นตามทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมทางการเมือง การเข้ามีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ว่าปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรีในจังหวัดพะเยา จากมากไปหาน้อย มีดังต่อไปนี้คือ (1) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (2) การแสดงบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรี (3) ภาวะผู้นำสตรี (4) การยอมรับสถานภาพและบทบาทของสตรี (5) การบริหารงานของสตรี การศึกษาใช้วิธิการวิจัยแบบสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 363 ชุด โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบจับสลาก จากประชากรวิจัยภายในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดพะเยา นอกจากนั้นยังได้ สัมภาษณ์ผู้นำสตรีในทางการเมือง สมาธิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรที่เป็นสตรีจำนวนหลายท่าน เพื่อประกอบการศึกษาท่าให้เกิดความชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นได้รับการยืนยันบางส่วน กล่าวคือ ปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ที่ระบุไว้สมมุติฐานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จของการยอมรับบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรีในจังหวัดพะเยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อนำค่าความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวมาจัดเรียงลำดับตามความสำคัญมากน้อยของการยอมรับบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรีในจังหวัดพะเยาปรากฏผลที่แตกต่างจากสมมุติฐาน โดยมีความสัมพันธ์เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังต่อไปนี้คือ (1) การยอมรับสถานภาพและบทบาทของสตรี (2) การบริหารงานของสตรี (3) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (4) ภาวะผู้นำสตรี (5) การแสดงบทบาทของสตรีในทางการเมือง การศึกษาเรื่องนี้บ่งชี้ว่าที่ได้กล่าวมาแล้วข้างต้นนั้นสามารถนำมาใช้อธิบายสภาพการณ์ ของการยอมรับบทบาททางการเมืองของสตรีในจังหวัดพะเยาได้ค่อนข้างดี โดยมีรายละเอียดบางส่วนที่ต้องมีการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมจากการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ก่อนนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ ในการปฏิบัติของแต่ละกรณีเป็นการเฉพาะ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to study the significant factors influencing the acceptance of political role of women in Phayao province. The hypothesis are derived from theories of leadership, political culture, and political participation in order to examnine the influencing factors, form the highest to the lowest, regarding the acceptance of poltical role of women. They are as following : 1 ) political participation 2) performance of political role, 3) leadership, 4) the acceptance of role and status, 5) performance of administration. The method employed here is a survey research. The data is collected form random sampling of 365 questionnaire from the population research in Phayao province. Besides the interviews of female political leaders, the female representatives are done to increase of this research. The results of the study confirm some of the hypothesis. All five factors stated above are relevant of the actualization of the acceptance of the political role of women in Phayao province. With regard to its statistic significations, the correlation is at the medium level. However, when set the values of the correlation in order from the most significant to the lowest, the result differs from the hypothesis. The correlation set from the highest to the Iowest is as following : 1 ) the acceptance of role and status, 2) performance of admiristration, 3) political participation, 4) leadership, 5) performance of political role. The research indicates that what has been stated above can fairly explain the acceptance of political of women in Phayao province. However, some details must be appropriately examined from the empirical research before it can be used in any specific case £tudy in the future. |
