If you have problem using CUIR or it was found that any part of works in CUIR is not complied with the following criteria:
1. The contents do not have issues about violations of ethics, for instance, academic integrity, ethics in human research, professional ethics, and so on.
2. The contents do not violate Constitution, bring about a change in the Laws of the Country or the Government by the use of force or violence, raise unrest and disaffection amongst the people in a manner likely to cause disturbance in the country.
3. The contents do not violate human rights and complied with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act BE 2562.
4. The contents do not violate intellectual property right laws.
You can report to CUIR by fill-in “Complaint / Suggestions Form” and chose “Complaint for Information Resources” in case of any non-compliance was found or choose “Complaint for unsatisfied services” in case of any problem occur while using CUIR with the resource’s title, author, URL, description of non-compliance, and picture (if any.) Moreover, you can report to CUIR by email to [email protected]
For content owner, to conceal or withdraw your works from CUIR:
- Theses and Independent studies
If content owner/creator is willing to suppress or withdraw works published in CUIR, please inform Office of Academic Resources with explanation of conceal or withdraw that works. Office of Academic Resources will temporarily suppress the works from CUIR and library automation system for 3 months. Along with that, content owner/creator have to contact Graduate School and submit a recommendation letter for concealment or withdrawal works from CUIR. After Graduate School approved for concealment or withdrawal, Office of Academic Resources conceals or withdraws works from CUIR. If the processes have past 3 months and there are no actions from owner/creator, Office of Academic Resources returns online status to withdrawn works.
- Other types of works
In case that owner/creator do not desire to publish their works in CUIR henceforward or need to change metadata/files to new/revised version, owner/creator can inform CUIR to consider the changes via email: [email protected]
